COVID-19 (2020 - 2022)
Photos documenting the UK during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Three of these images are featured in the Historic England archive, as apart of their Picturing Lockdown project. I documented all aspects of the pandemic and any protesters or signage photographed may not reflect my personal views.

Many big cities were empty during lockdown.

Care homes closed to visiters during lockdown due to the risk to residents and carers. It took a long time for them to reopen.

As lockdown eased the goverment made wearing facemasks in shops mandatory. However many stores were already doing this.

Thank You NHS
Facemasks became mandatory when indoors shopping in the UK. This photo was taken outside of a shopping centre. Many places had signs and art thanking the NHS for their hardwork during the pandemic.
PPE Vending Machine
Companies certainly adapted to the pandemic.
